Veneziano Coffee Roasters has been roasting and supplying coffee to specialty cafés and coffee lovers across Australia for over 21 years. Their headquarters is based in Richmond, Victoria, inviting people to grab a brew in the Willy-Wonka-inspired roastery-café. You can also find Veneziano cafés in Surry Hills, NSW, West End, VIC, North Adelaide, SA and many other locations.

Veneziano offers a line-up of coffee blends, microlots and a range of other coffee products. The team are also well known for the state-of-the-art barista training studios across Australia and programs designed and led by champion baristas.

Veneziano is part of the Nomad Coffee Group, a collective of coffee brands and people who believe great coffee can make a difference to the everyday. Nomad Coffee Group operates across Australia and New Zealand, supplying coffee globally.

The group’s private label roaster, Black Bag Roasters, recently commissioned their new roasting facility in Truganina. This state-of-the-art plant can produce up to 200 tonnes of coffee each week across a large variety of formats. Black Bag has a broad range of customers both nationally and internationally and has won a host of awards for their customers and is also a long-term supply partner of Foodbuy and Compass Group Australia.

Most recently, Veneziano has landed at the Melbourne Airport, Terminal 1!

“We were thrilled to be invited to bring Veneziano to Terminal 1 at the Melbourne Airport. It’s a huge opportunity for us to showcase the best in Melbourne coffee culture to the 9.2 million travellers passing through Terminal 1 each year.” Says Craig Dickson, Veneziano Coffee Roasters CEO.

Veneziano will serve its crowd-favourite Elevate blend for takeaway and dine-in coffees, as well as a selection of single origins for black or filter drinkers. For those after something a little different their cold brew coffee in a can range is available in 4 flavours and espresso martinis if you need a pick-me-up before your flight.

The space is designed to create a warm, calming space for people to chill before they take off. The site has its own identity but shares iconic features — Veneziano features like arches, curved corners and hints of blue. The result is a sophisticated and inviting space with a warm, organic material palette.

Veneziano launch their new and improved Cold Brew coffee in a can range, perfectly timed as the warmer weather hits.

The Veneziano Cold Brew range consists of 4 refreshing, dairy-free coffee-in-a-can drinks because they know how important it is to have quality coffee available on the go.

​After lots of testing and tasting, the new line-up includes existing crowd favourites — Straight Up and Oat Latte, and newcomers — Chai Latte and Neapolitan.

“When developing the range, we wanted to have options that reflected café style offerings. Neapolitan is for those wanting a decadent treat and the Oat Chai is for non-coffee drinkers. In addition to our staples Straight Up and Oat Latte there’s an option for everyone.” Says Veneziano’s head of coffee, Pete Licata.

WorldFirst™ and a Focus on Sustainability

Aligned to the Foodbuy Worldfirst™ framework, Nomad Coffee Group achieved their B Corp status earlier in 2023. They add this to their Carbon Neutral Climate Active accreditation.

The Nomad Coffee Group is among the first within the coffee industry to achieve B Corp certification; an impressive feat considering Nomad Coffee Group’s size and multi-brand offering. The 3-year process involved rigorous examination of all aspects of the Nomad Coffee Group and is an accreditation that will continue to drive improvement and innovation within the group.

Nomad Coffee Group has a strong commitment to being a force for good and making business decisions that put the well-being of the world around them first.
